Individual attorneys are evaluated on their legal knowledge and experience, ability and effectiveness, and client service.

Attorneys are selected for Best Lawyers through extensive surveys of leading lawyers who assess the legal abilities of their peers. The 2022 edition is based on more than 10.8 million evaluations and recognizes more than 66,000 attorneys. Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch recognizes attorneys who have been in practice for less than 10 years and exhibit outstanding professional excellence in private practice in the United States.
Bradley was top ranked for the 12th consecutive year in U.S. News – Best Lawyers "Best Law Firms" and received Tier 1 national rankings in the 2022 edition for four practice areas: Construction Law, Criminal Defense: White-Collar, Litigation – Construction, and Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Defendants.
Additionally, Bradley was recognized as a “Law Firm of the Year” for Construction Law. Only one firm per legal practice receives this designation, making it a particularly meaningful achievement. Bradley was named “Law Firm of the Year” for Construction Law in the 2020 and 2018 editions as well.

Bradley’s Government Contracts Practice Group was named among Law360’s “2021 Practice Groups of the Year.” Bradley is one of only six firms in the nation to receive this honor, which recognizes practice groups that have accomplished the most significant litigation wins or deals over the past year. WomenInc. surveyed leading law firms nationwide with objective criteria for consideration. Among those reviewed, law firms that were recognized had a demonstrated track record of commitment through holistic actions. Important criteria for consideration included activities such as hiring and retaining women attorneys, promoting women attorneys into equity partnership ranks, and providing leadership positions to women attorneys.
